This is unfortunately (in a manner of speaking) considered entirely consistent, hence George Carlin talking about euphemisms:

The pentagon actually measures nuclear radiation in something they call sunshine units. Israeli murderers are called commandos. Arab commandos are called terrorists. Contra killers are called freedom fighters. Well, if crime fighters fight crime and fire fighters fight fire, what do freedom fighters fight? They never mention that part of it to us, do they? Never mention that part of it.
The only reason you can expect libs to call it out is because they hate him; if he was Obama, Kamala or Biden, they'd be on board. I still recall a meme libs were passing around for a short while before the election where they decided to counter calls of Trump being anti-war with pro-war sentiment (showing a 'gigachad' in favor of it against global South leaders), or even their (continued) defense of Obama's intervention in Libya.
The end goal is for the stock market to become a sine wave.
