This is what the new European bill is forcing manufacturers to do.

Batteries of handheld electronics have to be easily replaceable.

The MG4 XPower has 435hp, a range up of 385km or 520km, na wide range of colors and a price of 40 500€ before tax credit of subsidies.

So it's getting close to 30k with subsidies. Still not a roadster but MG is preparing the MG Cyberster that should be available in Europe this summer.2024-mg-cyberster

For people not living in Europe to give some context this is what a French SUV looks like compared to a F150.

I was doing some blacksmithing in high school, mostly knifes.

When reaching 800°C steel is not magnetic anymore, it's also a good temperature to start forging the steel. So I needed a atrong magnet to know when the steel was hot enough, I used what I have available: a hard drive magnet.

It felt quite "mad-maxy" to disassemble a broken hard drive to use it as a tool to forge knifes

Buy an ICE and he's getting a rent.

Yeah, last time I've rented a car I wanted an electric but my insurance would not cover me for a Tesla.

They are in the sport car category.

It is also way easier to install a charging station than a gas station.

Electricity is already available everywhere.

I think there is some legal aspect in Europe that prohibit or limit the possibility of applying tarriff against a specific country.

I see that as a great opportunity for journalism.

Also, having nuclear in a 100% low carbon grid is great to stabilize the grid.

A French study showed that having around 13% of nuclear in the grid reduce the solar and battery capacity needed by a factor of two compared to no nuclear.

Burning wood is extremely important for reaching 100% renewable.

It's one of the only pilotable renewables energy. Even with a lot of battery there is still long period with very little sun and wind that will require to fire up a thermal power station.

Wood is a very good candidate for that.
