When TOTK released, THE place for performance mods was r/newyuzupiracy. The sub got nuked cause piracy, but now its under r/128bitbay. Check it out for mods and tips on performance settings.

I recently hacked a friend’s 3DS and if i recall correctly you dont need any games or other things to hack. You use the internet browser for the 3ds to open a page which exploits a vulnerability.

The numbers here are the maximum number of watts used if i recall correctly. So most of the time when your gaming its probably gonna be close to those numbers
