Mullvad, Proton and Surfshark are good. Proton has port forwarding if you need it.

Look up how to bind a VPN to your torrent client and you’ll be good.

qBittorrent is the best by far

I think you'll be okay with using a solid VPN and torrenting the files. Torrents are still very popular

Just keep seeding the torrents. As long as the torrents for stuff is healthy, how could it be cracked down?
