Are you by any chance a american because unless you post in Lemmy.ml all the time I can't really imagine that from a european perspective! If you count the facists from Hexbear and Lemmingrad that you instance defederated from as left (which they really aren't by the original definition of the left/right devide) it might be but I think unless you try to spill neo liberal garbage the backlash will probably be limited tbh!

Well the relation is wrong but it's a real thing, they have a duty to grow infinitely or the sroxk price will crash and since that's impossible to achive they essentially have to squeeze their users for short term gains to seem like they still grow sooner or later
I wish something like that existed, once you go public you are obligated to grow and that has limits so you always end up squeezing your users! :/
That's a great list, you could probably add yt-dlp for those who want to download and/or convert on their desktops (on Android Newpipe dose a great job for that) but in terms of noteworthy frontends and clients the list looks very comolete to me!
