I think there is a significant difference between sex being part of life and cramming it into every piece of media.
I don't want to see shitty sex scenes in movies, books, games, etc. They're almost always awful and shallow.

Nothing happens. They use it, have a general annoyance for lack of options for things, but once they accept that - it's a functioning phone.
I daily drove Android and iPhone side-by-side for years (carrying two phones suck, btw).
It works in TES because x, y, z and not in Starfield because x, y, z.
