Alr ty ig i didnt read the arch wiki very hard and ig tilling window managers aren't for me
Ngl just use a distro that comes with kde as a option
NTFS Usally for windows,ext4 for linux,btrfs to install linux on,vfat/fat32 for cross platform compatibility
Ngl i would try running the popular distros or a distro based on the popular distro
