Every now and then I think 'OK, this time I surely should be able to switch over to Wayland!'

And there's always one application or use case that stops me.

Yeah, I'm on nvidia which hasn't helped either...

All my drives are nvme* now.

I feel so much safer punching in of=/dev/sdaX

I set a different background color on all my machines because of exactly this while using VNC/RDP

I tried upgrading instead of a fresh install.

Needless to say, I ended up doing a fresh install eventually...

Just last week, I fired up Portal with RTX (on Windows, I'm ashamed to admit), and holy guacamole, I think it stresses my gpu more than any other game in my library!

OK, I'm not for attempting to fuck chimpanzees without consent either.

But yeah, you are right. One of those serious questions - with the most serious of consequences - would be: "Could you actually fuck a chimpanzee without consent?"

Well, a key question is 'Do you think a chimpanzee would let Joe Rogan fuck them?'

Because if not, it's not consensual, and that opens up some serious questions.

Just be aware that any software that has Australians working on it can be forced to include backdoors, and are not allowed to disclose it either
