Hu? Really? I thought that was known even when pkm go wasn’t released and only ingress existed.

Niantic is a google split up after all, if they were not collecting data, I would have been very surprised

They have added tasks that make you photograph your surroundings or Objects and give them real world lidarr data linked with geo data for some in-game benefits, last I checked.

It still something you have to learn. Your parents(or whoever) teaching you stupid stuff does not make you stupid, but knowing BS stuff thinking it is true.

For me stupid means that you need a lot of information and a lot of time understanding something where the opposite would be smart where you understand stuff fast with few information.

Maybe we have just different definitions of stupid…

Well that is mean.. How should they know without learning first? Not knowing =/= stupid

To be fair, some human teachers are way worse with abusive behaviour…

I still agree, that you shall not replace teachers with LLM, but teachers should teach how to use and what they can/can’t do in schools.

Imagine if internet was still banned from schools..

Honestly, mastodon uses a open protocol, so in my opinion having an algorithm feed is a missing feature of the client/frontend that is used to interact with mastodon rather than a mastodon backend issue.

Hey there

I have to add backported drivers to my 5.15 kernel source in order to create a embedded Linux on kernel 5.15 compatible with newer devices like 5ghz wifi dongles.

I understood that I have to use this command:

Python3 ./ gentree --integrate --clean /path/to/linux-next /path/to/my/5.15-kernel-source-git

But it fails stating it wanted to copy a file from new linux that only exists in the old linux

Have I understood that wrong?

Edit: it says it does not find …/lib/memneq.c which seems not existing there at least since 6.2 🤔

Edit2: I fear that it only backports 5.15 drivers to even older kernels 😮 so, I think I have to integrate lwfinger‘s rtw88 backport into my 5.15 kernel sources, somehow, after all
