Transition can refer to different aspects like your appearance or how you present socially. So transition is still the right term.
There is more than one distro.
Choose a different distro then.

Immich is by far the best and most convenient.
They've been doing that for a long time. And yes raytracing works.
Nobody cares about that in EU
Compared to PhotoPrism for example Immich supports multiple users.
