I do appreciate our (netherlands) internet providers fighting this stuf consistently. It’s a shame the lower courts aren’t on our side anymore though.

There was an actual example where a journalistic article about afghanistan accidentally leaked names of some sources and people who helped westerners in afghanistan, which did actually endanger those people’s lives.

The thing is sometimed articles must be removed from IA (copyright (I disagree with that one) or when information is leaked that could threaten lives), with a blockchain this would be impossible

I just found out my emails were being marked as spam just using a custom domain through icloud mail. So I don’t envy those having to run and troubleshoot their own hosted system.

No, it’s just a big community by itself already. So while some big instances have it blocked, they have enough users to just have activity from their own instance.
