It's crazy how even though we are raising our little guy non-religious he has "learned" so much from kids at school/friends. We have started playing a game with him called "Fact, Fiction, Belief" where you have to name, you guessed it a fact, fiction and belief. For example, a fact is "a tree is a plant" a fiction would be "trees can walk like ents" a belief would be "cherry blossom trees are the most beautiful plants in the world." It has really helped him see that beliefs are kind of their own category, they are real to the person who has them but not necessarily shared by everyone.

I actually love this idea, I mean CEOs make those mega salaries because of the risks they take, well let's see how many want that role when there are actual consequences.

I thought I was going crazy but the last time I used Google maps right as I was at a fork a Walgreens™️ ad took over the whole screen and I was like wtf, thankfully I wasn't driving so I was able finagle out of it, but it literally took over and we drove past it. I am also looking for alternatives, I've been thinking about getting a Garmin for my car, but I'll be absolutely damned if they think I'm going to tolerate ads that can get me lost in pensly-tucky 😡
