I don't care if some psychopathic med student uses my body as a puppet while doing a silly voice. I don't care if they play Weekend at Bernies with it. That prick will be saving lives soon enough, that's all that matters. When I disrespectfully dissected a fetal pig in high school bio, I still learned something.

The original definition was "the theory that distinctive human characteristics and abilities are determined by race". So saying "white people can't dance" is racist, but "I ought to hire more black people" isn't, by any definition.

One factor that might be interesting is if renting was banned, then property values would plummet – making mortgages more affordable. But I don't know if this would fully offset mortgage risk premiums and water heater (etc) insurance.

That doesn't sound very relaxed.
