Fuck that. I could not be happier with Fedora.
That's about to change. With the crowdstrike shit show Microsoft is looking to remove access to the kernel for a lot of solutions, including, but not limited to, anti-cheat software. They said they want them relegated to user's pace only. Once that happens, there's no reason why we can't use the same anti-cheat in Linux the same way we now play games made for Windows (other than game developers being complete pricks, of course).
This is the unfortunate reality. My kids (11 and 9) have only ever used Linux distros, and they are keyboard warriors to boot. They say that the only reason to use the mouse is to aim in video games 🤣
Just a suggestion. Try SmartTube on TV instead of NewPipe/Tubular. I find the UI infinitely more intuitive foe remote control and large screens.

Dude, the kernel is OSS. WTF are you on about? Ever heard of Zen+ or Xanmod? What's keeping Nvidia from doing just that and have the Nvidia GPU owners just use their nodded kernel?
Good for you man, I mean it. I would also use Keepass, but I share a lot of logins with my wife, and some with my kids, so having a self-hosted app that can sync seamlessly without added friction, like Bitwarden, is the next best thing.
