It felt so weird when I got to college and started working and people were just treating me like a normal person. It took a long time for me to stop defaulting to trying to figure out what kind of trick they were playing on me. I still don't know wtf I did wrong as a child that made everyone decide I was to be ostracized.

Is it a Dell? I've had all kinds of goofy problems like that with Dell hardware. The old ass port replicator my job gave me in 2014 can run 3 screens + laptop flawlessly but every one I've received since then can only do 2 screens or 3 screens and no laptop. It's stupid.

I tried it for a couple weeks and enjoyed it but I felt like I got the gist of it in that time. I had a set of bases going that could make me tons of money every couple days and after that I was just like... welp what now? If the flight mechanics had been more like Elite Dangerous or the X series it would have hooked me longer probably. It certainly has more to do than than ED does but it didn't keep me engaged nearly as long. The flying around is way more fun when it doesn't feel like you're on rails.

My private tracker ratios are shit. If it wasn't for the points systems they have for seeding I wouldn't be able to do anything on them. Every so often one will randomly take off but most of the time they get stuck around like .04 even on brand new uploads. Fortunately I can find pretty much everything on public tracker. My ratio on those is far better. For example I have Godzilla Minus One from both a private tracker and public. The public one is at like 45 and the private one is like .6 both were downloaded within a day or two of each other back when everyone was pirating that movie. I would be seeding so much more shit from my private trackers if I didn't have to worry about upload ratio.

I don't fuck with AI chat bots but I got a he'll of a lot less lonely when I stopped giving a fuck if I had a girlfriend or not. Giving people alternatives to the toxic dating culture of today may not be such a bad thing.

And then there's the dude I ran into at a bonfire a couple months ago talking about how he got a deer to trust him enough to come on his property and let him hand feed it and the instant deer season starts he was going to shoot it.

I don't care about the article. I'm asking you because you've stated your opinion that new reddit and I literally cannot understand it even when I try looking from other perspectives. There is nothing I can see that is better about new reddit. I don't mean that to be confrontational towards you or to say you are wrong in it. I just would like to understand because it seems more and more things are going towards similar designs and I hate it.

New Reddit is only marginally better on mobile than on desktop. Old Reddit still blows it out of the water. 2 posts per page vs. 8 when I just checked. Not to mention new Reddit is just a lot slower in general and mixes links to other posts into the comments of the one you're looking at.

How can you prefer this:

over this:

Yea, I used old.reddit.com even on my phone and it was fine. Their new design was fucking awful the last time I saw it. On top of that it was slow as shit. You spend more time looking at that fucking stupid spinning logo than you do seeing content.

I would rest easy knowing I destroyed this assholes hot sauce collection.
