I recently learned that Strawberry has native built-in streaming capabilities

well..by selling both the cable and wall adapter as separate items it doubles the packaging by necessity so it was still never about reducing waste

which is why I never have and never will own any of their products.

Hopefully they'll be able to spin up an alternative studio/publisher that gamedevs can trust

While I'm not sure if the people who quit were part of Anapurna's previous controversies, this still seems like a poor move from Ellison by losing skilled employees in this fashion

Power to the Anapurna staff that quit✊

licenseless? 🤔
these sorts of things tend to sketch me out but giving a +1 as someone smarter than me will know if this is trustworthy

With the multiple ethics violations, defending AI right now is to defend the meat grinder that is willing to churn out cash for those at the top at the expense of literally anything and anyone

the best thing to do is download and torrent to preserve humanity's wealth in knowledge otherwise we risk losing immeasurable treasures to the sands of time

Personal recommendation:
qBittorrent

Countless similiar situations like this is the reason why I find it difficult to help people/groups that display zero-sum behaviour because even if you help them there's no telling if they'll attack you in return

I'd rather spend my time helping people/organizations that are already trustworthy or have proven to be reciprocal towards others regardless of status or wealth

holy shit

if this is true AMD gamers just got a huge free boost in gaming performance

Windows was very unoptimized for Ryzen

Edit:
oh whoops didn't realize this was an old vid (Jan 5 2024)

Within the first minute of the vid I'm thinking holy shit Zotac!

  • easily googlable private customer and B2B info is publicly available

~~They're gonna have one hell of a class action coming their way~~

Edit:
alright I'm 5mins in and now I'm thinking there might not be a class action anymore but Zotac's information handling is just funny and confusing now

lmao love the quote from Zotac's partner😂:

If I can Google search my own credit memos... what the fuck is this? How can you be this insecure? How can you run a business like this?
