Mastodon (microblogging, follow users) and Lemmy (forum, follow topics) cater to different kinds of users. I don’t subscribe to personalities, I subscribe to discussion topics, that’s why I’m on lemmy and not mastodon.

Thanks, now I’ll always see it.
Yeah it’s worth noting that the employee in this case had the resources to fight. Hopefully other regular non-executive employees can use it as precedent for their own lawsuits.
I've been using the IOS app since it was launched and just wanted to say you're awesome! The app has been very helpful when I need to check my city's sub and r/nba (both exist in lemmy but aren't as active yet).
You’ll still get a broken window and steering column because the thieves can’t tell if the car has had the update or not and will still attempt to steal it.
Zappa’s kids are fine since they’re children of a famous person (not to mention talented in their own right) and have the privilege of not having to live like a normal person with a weird name.
You'll know it when you feel the satisfaction of getting to enter pacman -Syu

I already do, and most hardware in the office are macbooks, toshibas, and dells. Also, it’s no longer as common for companies to allow employees to buy/adopt old hardware and they choose to recycle instead.
I wish someone randomly gifted me a thinkpad as well
There’s a dude in wallstreetbets who dumped a $700k inheritance into Intel stocks. lol
Can regular coffee drinkers notice the difference taste-wise? I’m the opposite of a coffee connoisseur and I drink any kind of brewed and instant coffee (including decaf) and can’t tell the difference.
This was weird for me personally. I consider Signal a messaging tool which in my mind is separate from an actual social media app, so it was a bit of a head scratcher for me to see stories as a very popular feature request. I don't really care about sharing "stories" in that format to my contacts or seeing theirs, but then again that's just me.
