I hope when they say TVs, they don't mean the parental controls pin.

In fact... What password is needed on a TV?

They've got problems in their tests though. There are 5 packages in core that are "unreproducible" and one is the kernel. Pretty significant package, except it fails because of a timeout.

Your sensing of humour is failing.

Fediverse TikTok = TikToot?

We already sanction TV stations because of their propaganda content e.g. Russia Today. I see this as no different.

So rather than having one single app that deals with screen reading, it's now down to every individual application to make accessibility a priority.

Huge retrograde step.

We can all agree that authors should all value accessibility, but we also all know that they won't.

TIL that I'm not better than all the old people on Facebook believing what the scammers tell them. Let that be a lesson to you, don't use a LLM for fact checking.

[/update]

Fair play on OP. They've updated the story and saved me writing a tirade on how LLMs are not trustworthy.

Well of course but that statement is writing a blank cheque. Let me cap my statement.

Best example of how Monkey-brain driven the markets are.

It doesn't matter what sensors you have. Autonomy is a pipe dream.

[–] wewbull@feddit.uk 8 points 7 months ago (1 children)

None of that really matters.

What's your sync algorithm? How are you detecting when a file changes? How do you resolve conflicts? How do you guarantee against data loss?

These are the reasons people use rsync.
