Hint: the investment of $11 billion refers to investment of Gates Foundation in fossil fuels.

Have you considered that there are other sponsorships than Gates Foundation?
yes, there is also some other sponsorships, including some from other bill gates owned groups/corporations. I don't think support from billionaires is necessarily good as long as it's diverse.
