That is so increadibly dumb, she had EVERYTHING to gain from reuniting the dog with it's owner, and almost everything to loose by fighting it.

By reuniting the dog with it's owner she would have gotten a massive amount of good PR, regardless of her political affiliation, she would have been seen as someone who cares about family and pets, as someone who cares about the little guy, she would have stood up for keeping traditional values, and overall been seen as a good person.

But no, she is so stupid that she goes against her best interests, gets a shit load of bad PR, is seen as wanting to breakup families and their pets.

I am just massively confused as to how it is impossible for her to do this and think that she is the good guy.

MAGA doesn't send their best. Because they don't have anyone capable of actually doing anything right.

Yes, but then she would have to not be dumb and evil. Which we all know is impossible for her.

Yeah, I just wonder why these people keep making things worse for themselves as soon as they are handed an opportunity to make things slightly better.

I guess it might be the thrill of power, power to deny a family their dog in this example.

I have said it before, and I'll say it again, people who desire power should be disqualified from acquiring it.

Bingo. Exactly.

The people running our countries are the very people that shouldn't be running a country.
Hell, most of them shouldn't be allowed to run a launderette.
