yt pops up that 'slowdowns? read more...' nag while i'm not watching the ad. make me feel special

The slowdown is becsuse the adblocker had to take an additional 0.002 seconds to block the ads.

seems to pause for 5-10 seconds, while the ad plays out of site. i can wait
