Tourists, probably. That’s what their 3G network is for, if I remember correctly.
Ah yeah. With the current storage data on phones, while trips there usually are a week or so, 3G isn't fast enough for them to spy on all the tourists' data
They have that? Why would you go there?
I thought internet is mostly for officials and military in NK?
For real. Even though my country has diplomatic ties with NK I would never in a million years step foot in there. I don't think anyone should.
