I just tried Manor Lords, very promising, will keep an eye on it, but in the meantime, does anyone have recommendations for more gridless city builders ? I don't know how common this type of game is, but I'm itching for something chill (sandbox-y?) and creative, Townscaper was super sweet, I think I'll try Foundation next, maybe Laysara too

Can confirm, impressive game, especially considering the solo dev. I seem to be shit at early army building. I think it's too easy to leave on FF for too long ๐Ÿ˜‚

Foundation is super chill. I haven't played in a while, so no idea how it's changed in the last year, but when I last played, I had a lot of fun with it.

Houses and roads are built by the villagers, while you place and customise key buildings. There's lots of flexibility in how some buildings are constructed, like pubs, monastery, and the lords manor house, with other buildings having upgrades later on you can add to them.

Adding little details is also good fun, with random statues and other rewards popping up from time to time. Definitely recommended.

Balatro. Nothing but Balatro. Balatro all the time.

Finally getting the hang of it. Caught my first couple wins. Very fun building broken decks. So much more Balatro to play.

Elden Ring to get a new character ready for the DLC. Picked up Symphony of War: The Nephilim Saga on a recent sale. Still only a few hours in so just now getting into some of the more complex squad builds. Seems like there will be tons of ways to customize the squads, I anticipate many more hours spent.

Elden Ring. I've finished NG+ and I think I'll start another journey with the release of the DLC.

I've been really enjoying Light brigade! I wasn't sure how i would like another VR shooting game but there's enough variety that every run has been pretty different so far. I'm currently stuck at the third boss fight.

I love crosscode so much!

Just finished Saints Row: The Third and am playing Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood to finish the Ezio storyline.

After that, probably something newish, idk. Maybe i'll finally finish RDR2 or play BG3.

Mainly Fallout New Vegas, heavily modded. First play through and having a great time so far. Also playing Skul: Hero Slayer and Valheim. Skul is kicking my ass, but I'm getting there!

Space Station 14 on Steam!

It's free and very fun. I'm quite new to SS14 and there seems to be a lot to it. It's graphics are topdown, 2D and aren't it's strong point but the potential for fun is unlimited.

I found it to be pretty overwhelming at first, evening moving around and navigating the UI was difficult. However, now I'm going around mining space rocks, cleaning up mess in the station and providing my crew mates with ketchup on bread for sustenance.

Enderal. It is full conversion Skyrim mod. it introduces new world/campaign and eliminates some elements I dislike (e.g. level scaling).

Been putting many hours into a righteously modded Stardew Valley. So much fun, so much content, so much to do... It's just a blast.

Apart from that I've been playing Chants of Sennaar. Also a very good game, with just the type of puzzling it turns out I enjoy.

Sker Ritual has been taking up my time. It's basically CoD Zombies with another name and different aesthetic. Great fun, and even better as co-op with friends.
