I’m confused on why they separate BSD from Unix. BSD is a Unix variant.

“Whatever you use to listen to music, you can probably link it up with ListenBrainz.”

I don’t think I can hook my turntable up to it.

Can you really trust airplane mode to ensure there is nothing going out. I agree people should just leave them at home, but these bags are like putting tape over your laptop camera. Just an extra peace of mind when going to the Dr.

Looks like everyone should be getting these bags

I wish I saw this post yesterday before I installed VSCode from flathub, trying to get the terminal to see the same file system as my other shells. I got it fixed and learned a lot about flatpak.

I remember replacing that cable on my 13 in Wallstreet PowerBook. The cable made a 180 degree turn causing it to break internally. Apple replaced it the first time, but I had to do it when it broke the second time.

I haven’t got fingerprint working yet either, I originally tried Kubuntu, but it seemed to update and have weird screen glitching issues so I have a HD with Ventoy and installed KDE fedora and it was an easy install.

Did you set it to Linux audio mode in the EFI. I think they have a big thing about this on their site within the Linux install directions. I run KDE Fedora on my Framework 16, and it’s smooth as butter.

I am running Kubuntu on mine

They look like dowsing rod sticks, so maybe he uses them to find water?

I just got my Framework 16 DIY version and I can’t install the primary SSD because there is a captive screw in the place that holds the SSD down and I can’t remove it so the SSD doesn’t stay held down. There is a screw for the secondary SSD and it comes out. Any ideas?

Update: I got it out, anyone else with this issue, try and pull the screw out it’s very small on the threads so it just pulls out and pushes back in when the drive is seated.
