False. At most, they should bring specific evidence of an actual crime to have authorities obtain a warrant. They can fuck all the way off til then.

Yes but the switch wouldn’t functionally be a switch anymore after the jail breaking. It depends on the version of the switch whether that’s even possible. There may also be a few games that won’t connect bc people haven’t done the work yet or it’s not even possible.

They made that case because he wasn’t convicted. As a lawyer, you play as many cards as you have. They know it's bs, we know it, and the judges know it too.

I’m saying that if the argument worked, hypothetically, they would use it as bitch cudgel and a shield.
