Mattel announced on Thursday that it had signed a deal with OpenAI to bring ChatGPT to its "iconic" toys. The toymaker is the company behind popular items, including Barbie, Hot Wheels, UNO, and more.

In all seriousness, giving internet connected toys to kids in the form of trusted icons is evil. They will share their personal information, thoughts, desires, fears, and dreams, only to have that information collected and monetized without their consent. Evil.

I certainly will but I know other parents won't until the kids learn how to get around whatever parental restrictions and we get Barbie saying some real fucked up shit. That gets them sued.
