I always get lost in the randomness of Bethesda. NV was the only one with a storyline I could recall tbh.

When enough people think like that, the way of presenting would change. For now, seems you're in the minority
I see this as a good thing because they'll invest more on making energy efficient. That's something bound to trickle down and help poorer regions unless they die off first.
